ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PREPAID.
1. PAYMENTS: PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD.
AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD AND VISA ARE
ACCEPTED. ALL CREDIT CARD COMPANIES NOW REQUIRE ADDRESS
VERIFICATION (YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS) ON ALL
MAIL ORDER TRANSACTIONS. AN INCORRECT BILLING ADDRESS
WILL RESULT IN A DELAYED OR CANCELLED ORDER.
2. CHECKS: CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, OR
CERTIFIED CHECKS ARE BEST. ORDERS PAID BY PERSONAL
CHECKS MUST ALLOW 21 DAYS FOR BANK CLEARANCE.
3. CHECK FEE: CUSTOMER CHECKS THAT ARE RETURNED
TO OUR BANK FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR ANY OTHER REASON,
WILL BE CHARGED A $35.00 BANK HANDLING FEE.
4. MICHIGAN CUSTOMERS MUST ADD 6% SALES TAX.

ORDER MERCHANDISE: OUR
POLICY REQUIRES 100% PREPAYMENT IN ADVANCE. SUCH
PREPAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE THE MERCHANDISE IS
ORDERED OR AFTER THE WORK HAS STARTED IN ITS
MANUFACTURE.
SPECIAL SERVICE ON N.O.S. PARTS:
NEW OLD STOCK (OR N.O.S.)
PARTS ARE BECOMING A THING OF THE PAST, ESPECIALLY FOR
FASTENERS. WE OFTEN GET REQUESTS THAT AN ORDER ONLY IS
TO BE FILLED WITH N.O.S. PARTS. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO DO
THIS BUT DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF EXTRA TIME IT TAKES, WE
NOW ADD A 100% SURCHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE.
FOREIGN
PURCHASES: OUR
POLICY REQUIRES THAT PAYMENT IN FULL BE RECEIVED IN U.S.
FUNDS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. FOREIGN CHECKS AND CURRENCY ARE
NOT ACCEPTABLE. COD IS NOT AVAILABLE. ALL ORDERS MUST BE
PREPAID. IT IS BEST TO USE A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT.
REFUSED
SHIPMENTS: SHIPMENTS
RETURNED TO BRITISH ONLY/TRIUMPH ONLY MARKED REFUSED, OR
NOT IN WHEN DRIVER CALLED, WILL CAUSE THE REFUSING
CUSTOMER’S BUYING STATUS TO BE FROZEN. NO MORE
SHIPMENTS WILL BE POSSIBLE UNTIL ALL FREIGHT AND
HANDLING CHARGES ARE PAID IN FULL. REFUSAL OF A SHIPMENT
DOES NOT RELIEVE THE CUSTOMERS LIABILITY FOR PAYING
THESE CHARGES. REPEATED RETURNED SHIPMENTS OF THIS TYPE
WILL CAUSE THE CUSTOMER’S BUYER STATUS TO BE PERMANENTLY
REVOKED.
MINIMUM

MINIMUM ORDER IS $150.00 BEFORE SHIPPING. NO ORDERS
ACCEPTED FOR LESS THAN $150.00. REMEMBER WE ARE
SEMI-RETIRED.
BACKORDERS:
WE NO LONGER KEEP A BACKORDER FILE. ON PRE-PAID ORDERS, ANY OVER PAYMENT
FOR PARTS BACKORDERED WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WITH YOUR
ORDER.

A SMALL HANDLING FEE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CHARGE.
ALL ORDERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY INSURED. THIS IS NOT AN
OPTION, THE FEE IS SMALL AND ADDED TO THE STANDARD

ARE SHIPPED VIA U.P.S. OR US MAIL. OUR
COMPUTER SYSTEMS ARE LINKED TO THE MAIN U.P.S. OFFICES SO WE CAN TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT SHOULD YOU HAVE A
PACKAGE DELAYED. WE DO NOT SET THE SHIPPING FEES.
THE SHIPPING FEES ARE SET BY U.P.S. A
HANDLING FEE IS ADDED TO EACH ORDER, THIS IS IN ADDITION
TO THE SHIPPING FEE, WHICH IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND FINAL
DESTINATION. U.P.S. WILL DELIVER ON SATURDAYS FOR AN
ADDITIONAL FEE. U.P.S. DOES NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS.
AREAS WHICH ARE NOT SERVICED BY U.P.S. WILL BE SENT PARCEL POST. PRE-PAID PACKAGES
SHIPPED VIA U.P.S., FEDEX , OR US MAIL REQUIRE AN
ADDITIONAL 15% TO COVER SHIPPING COSTS. ORDERS
CONTAINING HEAVY OR LARGE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FREIGHT
COLLECT VIA GROUND, OCEAN OR AIR. ANY OVERPAYMENT FOR
SHIPPING ON PRE-PAID ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL
WITH YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR

CLAIMS:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT THE SHIPPING COMPANY
MAKES AN ERROR, LOSES A PACKAGE OR A PACKAGE IS DAMAGED.
AS THE MERCHANT, WE WILL PLACE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING
COMPANY. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO WAIT THROUGH THE CLAIM
PROCESS, YOU MAY PLACE A DUPLICATE ORDER PAID FOR IN

THE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE
PLAINLY VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AS
PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED, AT THE DOOR, WITHOUT IT. WE REFUSE ALL
C.O.D. RETURNS.
2. ALL RETURNS MUST REACH US WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS INVOICED.
3. PLACE A NOTE INSIDE THE BOX AS TO HOW YOU WOULD LIKE
TO HANDLE THE RETURN E.G.: CREDIT APPLIED TO CARD,
REFUND CHECK, EXCHANGE, OR IN STORE CREDIT. INCLUDE A
COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AND A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER.
4. PARTS THAT ARE NOT IN NEW CONDITION OR HAVE
BEEN INSTALLED, AND PARTS WHERE THE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS ARE
DIRTY OR DAMAGED ARE NOT RETURNABLE. PARTS RETURNED
IN THE ABOVE CONDITION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER
AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. IT IS
THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PACKAGE ALL
RETURNS ADEQUATELY TO AVOID DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN RETURN SHIPMENTS FROM INADEQUATE
PACKAGING WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE
CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
INADEQUATE PACKAGING IS A REAL PROBLEM. PLEASE BE AWARE.
INSURE THE RETURN PARCEL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.
5. WHEN RETURNING PARTS WHICH WERE NOT ORDERED WITH
FACTORY PART NUMBERS OR ANY ITEM BEING RETURNED
WITHOUT A VALID REASON AND/OR WRONG ITEMS YOU HAVE
RECEIVED WHICH WERE NOT THE FAULT OF BRITISH ONLY, YOU
WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
6. ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED ON APPROVAL WILL BE SUBJECT
TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
7. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ORDERS
PLACED USING A CREDIT CARD WHICH IS DECLINED. YOU WILL
BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS FEE BEFORE ANY FURTHER ORDERS
CAN BE PLACED.
8. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON USED PARTS, BECAUSE WE
SHIP THE BEST ONE WE HAVE WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. YOU
MAY EXCHANGE FOR CREDIT TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF
THE IDENTICAL PART, NEW, IF AVAILABLE, AND PAY
THE DIFFERENCE. AN EXCEPTION TO THIS MAY BE AN ITEM SUCH
AS A GAS TANK. YOU MAY "TRADE UP" TO A
MORE EXPENSIVE NEW OR USED TANK AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
9. RESTOCKING FEES MAY BE WAIVED BY ACCEPTING A CREDIT
